I've tried both! Ruby Cup felt a bit softer for me, which made it more comfortable, especially for insertion/removal. DivaCup was fine, but just a tad firmer. Both get the job done though.

Ruby Cup definitely. I liked their mission more with the 'buy one give one' thing, and honestly, the silicone felt a bit higher quality to me than my old DivaCup. Plus, the stem on the Ruby Cup was easier to trim.

From what I remember, because of hygiene stuff, you can't return an item once it's been used. But they have a pretty good sizing guide and even a quiz to help you pick the right one.

I think if it's unused and still in its original packaging, you're fine. But yeah, once it's out of the bag, I'm pretty sure it's a no-go for health reasons. Always double-check their policy page though.
